Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To respect both my time and other clients waiting for appointments, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and a cancellation fee may apply.
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment if proper notice is given.
